2017年12月19日，图森，亚利桑那州—CARF国际董事会选举Richard Forkosh为董事会主席，任期1年，自2018年1月1日开始。Forkosh参与CARF管理已有19年之久，近期离任密苏里州圣路易斯市联合脑瘫腹地中心（UCP Heartland）总裁兼首席执行官，Forkosh在该岗位工作了近35年。
