    Investigation on work flow and environment. Core standard training and accessible environment evaluation.
  • Implementation

    Phase II

    Project Time Schedule II

    Investigation on work flow and environment. Core standard training and accessible environment evaluation. Establishment of CARF standard service flow, training for rehabilitation concepts, introduction of uSPEQ, establishment of quality standard manual.
  • Reinforcement

    Phase 3

    Project Time Schedule III

    Establishment of administrative and clinical document required by CARF, deepened rehabilitation technology training, clinical application of outcome information management and performance management.
  • Review

    Phase 4

    Project Time Schedule IV

    Mid-term evaluation for the project, preparation and review of necessary documents and supporting materials, CARF accreditation application and payment support.
  • Sprint

    Phase 5

    Project Time Schedule V

    Primary survey from CARF experts, simulated survey guided by senior consultant, optimization of materials for survey, determination of survey schedule, comprehensive preparation for survey.
  • Survey

    Phase 6

    Project Time Schedule VI

    Final survey for CARF-required documents, confirmation of survey environment, arrangement of translation, assistance on the site of survey.
