(Hangzhou) Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in management consulting for rehabilitation institutions. It was established in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province in 2008, and opened the branch office "OKEWAY Rehabilitation Management Research Center" in Stockholm, Sweden in 2009.
Based on the unique humanistic care spirit of Northern Europe, Shundao Consulting integrates the rehabilitation management experience and resources of developed countries in the world, throughly studies the international management standards in the field of rehabilitation medicine, we see the
customer as the center of service, management and service quality as the foundation to gain a foothold, integrate world-leading resources, and use third-party counseling
and supervision platforms to provide an integrated quality management framework solution for rehabilitation and the elderly care institutions.
In 2011,
Shundao Consulting introduced the international rehabilitation certification system-CARF Commission of Accreditation on Rehabilitation Facilities to China,
rewriting this history that this "international gold standard" has
never entered China for the past 50 years, and it has since then started a grand
new chapter that the rehabilitation and elderly care industries of China are pursuing excellence in quality, catching up with the world! As a professional institution researching CARF standard, ShunDao
is committed to study the international standards on how to improve management capabilities, standardize service processes, strengthen team building, ensure
health and safety and other fields in the development of the rehabilitation and
elderly care industry. And it has become an authoritative professional institution for the application of international standards for China's rehabilitation medicine.
Since China had the first institution to obtain CARF certification in 2014, Shundao Consulting has counseled and helped nearly 20 rehabilitation institutions in mainland China and Taiwan to obtain CARF certification. With the rapid development of domestic rehabilitation medicine,
more and more hospitals are actively introducing international standards to improve their management capabilities, and management departments have begun to pay attention to the role of international standards in quality control. Shundao Consulting lays out the field of quality control in the future rehab and
elderly care industry, sets up an integrated rehab and elderly care construction platform, strengthens technical and management training, develops a rehab and elderly care information platform, promotes industrial international exchanges, and strives to become China's authoritative quality construction consultancy for rehab and elderly care industry.

2020.02With professional assistance from OKEWAY ShunDao in preparation for CARF accreditation, Chongqing Qijiang Aikang Rehabilitation Hospital has passed the three-year accreditation for Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation Program (Adult) and (Children and Teenager) in February 2020.

The Seminar discussed questions of common interests of the rehab facilities’ management, and improved the recognition that CARF could powerfully promote standardized construction of the rehab facilities.

2011.12Invited by the Rehabilitation Medical Society of Zhejiang Province and assisted by OKEWAY Shun Dao, Michael Janes, the director of rehabilitation department in Shepherd Rehabilitation Medical Center, attended the Sixth Rehabilitation Medical Development Forum of Zhejiang Province in Hangzhou. This was the first time the actual application and value of CARF were introduced to the experts attending the conference.
